How to Register
To enroll your child in our programs, submit an application through the City of Ottawa website. Please note that SMCC is part of the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC). Once we receive your application and have a space available to offer you, we will guide you through the registration process, including booking a tour to view our facilities. We will provide you with further information, including the Parent Handbook, and necessary forms. These steps are only taken when a spot is being offered to your child. Please note that we don’t have any part time spots available.
A $50 non-refundable fee and a two week deposit is required upon registration to reserve your spot. An up-to-date immunization record of the child is required prior to the first day of attendance. A Pre-Authorized Debit registration form will be provided to you so all future payments can be completed through our EFT system.

Program Availability
At SMCC, we only offer full time care to children ages 12 months to 6 years. All programs are currently waitlisted unless otherwise specified.
Toddler (12-18 months and 19-30 months)
Junior Preschool (31+ months)
Senior Preschool (36+ months)
Kinder Age – (44+months – 6 years)
Questions
Please note that due to the high number of inquiries, we will only respond to parents’ requests for childcare once there is upcoming availability in our program.
